Following its passion and devotion, Doi Dep always puts considerable thought into every stage of processing to guarantee the purest selection of coffee.

To provide the best quality, Doi Dep puts a lot of effort into finding the best suited land for planting. This must be over 1,200m high, with lots of watery slopes and fertile basalt soil, for the best coffee beans to bloom in the cool mist, fruiting in the sunshine and inheriting the flavor of its motherland.

For the purest taste that has not gone away with the time, Doi Dep selects coffee from the oldest varieties, with smaller, stiffer and heavier beans, containing ideal levels of sugar and caffeine.
